Jan Fawcett-HeilmanPositive, innovative and goal-oriented, Jan is a leader who likes to collaborate, design, revise, and revitalize employers’ benefit plans. She canvasses the market and negotiates with insurance carriers to find alternatives that best suit a client’s needs. Jan graduated from The University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications and is a Chartered Benefit Consultant designee (CBC). She is an avid fitness enthusiast, loves the performing arts, sports events, snow skiing and traveling.
Darryl FawcettDarryl has experienced the evolution of employee benefits planning since the 1960s. He has helped owner-operators with plan design, plan administration and employee education, introducing and implementing creative and appropriate solutions. A Chartered Life Underwriter designee (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant designee (ChFC), and Registered Investment Advisor Representative of Lincoln Financial Securities Corporation, Member SIPC, he is also an avid golfer who has met many of his clients on the links.
